Discrimination and bullying happen at all levels in organisations and are often a direct cause for lack of women representation in senior management roles. Now more than ever women need help to overcome such situations. We have received tremendous encouragement for this work all thanks to our amazing community!

We are on a mission to change the world for the better. We focus on helping women who are facing situations of discrimination and bullying in the work place as well as women who return to work following maternity leave and are facing challenges.  Our volunteers provide the momentum that helps us affect change.
